This dynamic workshop explores the art and science of connecting, conveying, and convincing and includes getting practical experience out of the classroom. In this course, you will learn to:

• Master Non-Verbal Communication (NVC): Decode the critical language that drives first impressions. This includes a deep dive into body language, tone of voice (paralinguistics), and use of space (proxemics) to project confidence and build rapport.

• Craft Memorable Verbal Messages: Make your words stick. Learn to leverage the neuroscience of storytelling, structure points for better retention, and deliver information with passion and authenticity.

• Leverage Ethical Influence: Ethically apply principles like Reciprocity, Authority, and Liking to build buy-in and guide others effectively.
